Theresa is very Knowledgeable and conscientious about real estate. She is very impressive with her excellent communication and negotiation skills! Her responsiveness and professionalism was great! My husband and I plan to utilize her as our Realtor always! She understood exactly what we needed and met every expectation without fail! I highly recommend Theresa if you want a quality Realtor that is honest and dedicated! You can tell she really has a passion for what she does. Theresa helped us sell our home in spring/summer of 2020. She was an absolute pleasure to work with - professional, energetic & knowledgeable! Relocating is always stressful (even without a pandemic) - but Theresa was able to make the process of selling our home a smooth one.
